Within the VSBW Tier page, Low 2-C structures are defined as "spaces representing such sizes are space-time continuums of a universal scale."
My question is by universal scale does that mean on the scale of our irl observable universe or on an infinite scale? Worded differently, does a Low 2-C structure have to have infinite 3D space?
