Round 1: 1 boulder

Doesn't seem much bigger than most Fanon depictions of Undyne's boulder, and she can suplex THEM casually, in the heat of battle, just to occupy the time, because she can. Undyne takes this!

Round 2: 20 boulders

This is where Undyne starts to feel pushed. Disregarding the physical impossibility of a medium-sized fish-lady picking up an suplexing several boulders at once, and think she can take this with high effort. She won the previous round so casually after all so this should probably also be a success.

Round 3: 5,000 boulders

This is genuinely too many to suplex at once. MAYBE she MIGHT have the sheer strength to pull this off at full bloodlust and scaling, but just juggling them is neigh impossible...

However, if you talking about suplexing boulders over time, Undyne can still easily do this many before tiring.

round 4: 5,000,000 boulders

It's true that Undyne does eventually need to sleep, but she's the sort which can probably go on, using partial power for days on end if she really tries (which she will, because she's passionate about EVERYTHING) Five Million boulders should be around her limit, but still potentially doable for her within a single round. Undyne Wins!
