Asriel will be downgraded to that no matter what. Bobobo does not get 2-B for being infinitely above 2-C. Asriel should not get any different treatment.

Even if Flowey has an LV of 9999 Chara embodies it, meaning they can have an LV of any finite number.

Fair point. Im not so sure if chara embodying stats is currently accepted since she is no longer omnipresent. I may have to look into that.
