I talked to some people and it should be the cloud feat should generally be tier 7. But the cutting of all the building is also high just not sure how to calc it

Yea I’m thinking Spring is easily city lvl. Going off calc for storms he should scale to them since he brought storm clouds.

As for Speed, the verse is fast compared to most Shonens during the early chapters with Shen's Staff flying to space accomplishing Massively Hypersonic speeds. Almost all characters scale to this.

Why would most characters scale? There's no reaction feat happening here, and barring Top (and UMA Galaxy, but that thing is next level), nobody is MHS.

shens staff does the feat, most people scale to Shen and the staff.

I'm not scaling them to a full extension as that would end up being more travel speed for them and we don't know its full extension. What I do is scale Juiz and Andy to moving to it.

Also you remember the end of victor vs spoil, victor launches his hand to earth from space in seconds. should calc that also. @Otosaka
Point is, people generally scale to Andy and Victor in speed. Feng's Staff also extends rel to Shens when they fight.

So what about travel speed? Has there been a calc for that?
