Ultron plans to drop a mountain on the Capital. Tatsumi's not happy with that, with thousands of innocents in danger. He confronts Ultron as the robot prepares the machinery to lift the mountain. The rest of NR is dealing with the sentries. A curious Ultron, thinking Tatsumi is a cyborg, wants to examine him in order to upgrade himself.

Speed equalized and in-character.

Tatsumi wins if he destroys Ultron's body. Ultron wins if he kills Tatsumi.
