Ultra Series Technique Addition & Multipliers
Since the other CRT hasn't been getting attention I guess we should move onto another CRT for now.So currently we only gave technique amps to ultras in their Showa key because the Ultra Slash which used to be treated as being 5-6x stronger than the ultras' standard beam as it can one shot enemies on par with the ultras themselves. But was then treated as a technique equal to their standard beams in future series as shown with characters on par with their beams easily breaking the Ultra Slashes. However, this only really applies to the Slash techniques being retconned while the other techniques still retain the same boost as they used to have. Some examples being
Seven
His far higher with Ultra Knock Tactics should be added to his other era keys as there’s nothing suggesting he can’t use it in the future era or that it's less of a boost than before.In the Heisei Seven series for example, its shown that Seven’s normal Eye Slugger finisher couldn’t do much to King Joe outside of denting it a bit with repeated hits. But after using Ultra Knock Tactics, he one shot King Joe. So the Ultra Knock Tactics is clearly still treated as a huge buff compared to his normal techniques.
Taro/Mebius
They should get higher with Ultra (Mebium) Dynamite as that technique is shown many times to be more powerful than their base beams. And it’s specifically stated to be their most destructive technique. So it should scale above the Ultra Lance which is stated to be 3x the Strium Beam. This is further supported by other times the technique is used.The Mebium Phoenix (Phoenix Brave Mebius’ Mebium Dynamite) can destroy the Spacium REDOUBLIZER which could survive amplifying Zoffy’s Full Power M87 Beam as well as Phoenix Brave Mebius’ Mebium Knight Shoot even after he changed it from the + Style to the L Style which doubles its power.
Taro's Ultra Dynamite was stated to be a technique so dangerous Taro sealed it away himself. When used it also destroyed the Inpelizer when his Strium Beam couldn't damage it

He can use the Ultra Slash so he should have a higher with Ultra Slash on his profile during the Showa Era like the other ultras that can use itAlso his Ultra Aura technique is several times more powerful than his Ultra Ray Lance so that should also be listed as a higher on his profile
Ace
Reiwa Era Ace should get a far higher with the Space Q key as he can create a Space Q all alone in present day. Said technique is capable of one-shotting characters such as Baraba who was pretty much on par with Ace. And this brings me to the next section of this CRT.Ultimate Technique 10x Multiplier
Ultimate Techniques, the techniques that are specifically shown to be far more powerful than their base attacks should get a 10x multiplier. Some of these ultimate techniques are outright stated to have a 10x multiplier while others have direct scaling of being around 10x or greater than their base techniques.Here’s the current list of ultimate techniques that I have compiled

Ultra Dual Sword’s Legend Flash Multi Scram finisher has this scaling based on accepted multipliers
Legend Flash Multi Scram > Sphere Geomos’ Durability ≈ Dyna’s Solgent Beam > Strong Type Dyna 3x> Flash Type Dyna = Dynamic Type Decker = Spherized Agams Terraphaser 3x> Agams Terraphaser ≈ Ultra Dual Sword Finishers
As you can see the gap between Legend Flash Multi Scram is over 9x greater than its usual finishers as it can kill Sphere Geomos who can tank the Solgent Beam point blank. The Solgent Beam is considered Dyna’s most powerful technique and thus more powerful than Dyna’s Strong Type finishers with Strong Type being 3x stronger than Flash Type Dyna who is comparable to Dynamic Type Decker.
For Ultroid Zero the scaling goes
D4 Ray > Delta Rise Claw Z 10x> Gamma Future Z/Ultroid Zero > King Joe STORAGE Custom 5x> Windom > Sevenger = Base Z
Ultroid Zero itself only scales above King Joe STORAGE Custom who is only around 5x New Gen Ultras’ Base Form. Yet its D4 Ray was stated to be more powerful than the Ultra Warriors including their Ultimate Form which is 50x Ultras’ Base Form. So the gap between the D4 Ray and its base stat is by scaling at least 10x. Supporting the idea that it's a 10x boost ultimate technique.
Junis Blue Nexus is comparable to Ultroid Zero and his Over Arrow-Ray Schtrom can cancel out the D4 Ray. Not to mention in the past the Over Arrow-Ray Schtrom one shot Izmael who has the combined strength of all Space Beasts including multiple who are comparable to Junis Blue Nexus.

Izmael = At least 10.940547928 YottaFoe
So Over Arrow-Ray Schtrom should also be considered a 10x boost ultimate technique as it has direct scaling to the D4 Ray that’s treated as a 10x boost and has scaling above 10x the user’s stats itself.
Space Z is just Z’s equivalent of Space Q which can one shot characters comparable to the users’ base stats. And although it's an alternate storyline to the main canon. The stage show has shown that the D4 Ray has enough power for Z to create a Space Z from its energy. So the Space Q/Space Z should also scale to the D4 Ray and be treated as at least a 10x multiplier.
Emerium Slugger Orb’s Hyper Ultra Knock Tactics is just his version of Seven’s Ultra Knock Tactics but with three sluggers instead of one hence why it's called the Hyper Ultra Knock Tactics.
Cosmo Miracle Ray, when used by Ginga Strium (>24.3x baseline), managed to overload Hyper Zetton’s (>216x baseline) absorption and one shot him. It was also stated to be a technique at or above the level of the Space Q in guidebooks.

Cosmo Miracle Attack is pretty much just Mebius Infinity (Mebius + Super Taro)'s version of the Cosmo Miracle Beam.
The Especially techniques can also close the gap between Base Victory (4.32x Baseline) and Five King (>>24.3x baseline). And is shown in the Ginga S finale that it's a move that’s treated as being an ultimate technique like the Cosmo Miracle Ray.
Dark Lugiel Shot is Lugiel's version of the Ginga Especially due to him being Ginga's other half and all.
Summary
Technique multipliers (Except Ultra Slash) should be added to all eras instead of just ShowaUltimate Techniques should be treated as a 10x multiplier at minimum due to various of them having proof of being at least a 10x boost
