Ultimate Kars vs Sesshōmaru

I don't know too much about Sess, but I think he takes this fight for having the ability to negate Kars's (or is it Kars'?... Doesn't matter) Regenerationn and he still has his regen and barriers to protect him from most things Kars can throw at him, and can just teleport to either avoid his attacks or to catch him off guard which in turn should allow him to out last Kars.

Just to point out, Sesshōmaru's regen isn't exactly that useful considering he was unable regenerate one of his arm for a better part of the whole series. But vote is still counted regardless.
 
I believe Sesshōmaru's Bakusaiga could permanently put down Kars as it destroys the target on a cellular level and nullifies healing factor
 
So you guys are voting via a single ability without taking into consideration the others and assume Kars will just stand there? Need I remind that Kars is the guy that on his first exposure to the Ultimate Lifeform state created a squirell from his body to fight for him? Kars, the guy so careful with his stuff, he made a zombie to look like him and fight Lisa-Lisa simply to attack her from behind and be done with games.

I mean, I'm not even saying that Sess won't win, but the reasons above are quite pitiful. At least analyze this.
