If you mean the manga then:

• Kefla and Gohan are equal

• Gohan claims Goku and Vegeta are stronger than him, before he saw the results of their 3-month training and after Gohan had trained for three months

• Golden Frieza tanked Broly for over an hour, who scales to 50x CSSB Goku and Vegeta

SS Broly >> DBS:B Golden Frieza >> DBS:B CSSB Goku/Vegeta > Post-3 Months Gohan >> Pre-3 Months Gohan = Kefla

Overall not seeing how Gohan could possibly win here.

@Cyro we haven't seen Current Gohan fighting yet tbf, his 3-A comes from the ToP.

A Current Gohan should be able to fight with Current SSB Goku so he could be Low 2-C but I don't see that as enough to defeat Frieza.

A Current Gohan should not be able to fight Current Goku because as far as we know Gohan hasn't trained a lick yet since the ToP and has not experience the BS gains that Goku has received since the beginning of the ToP.

Unfortunately, we know nothing about Post-ToP Anime Gohan so I'm forced to assume he has remained 3-A.
