Ultimate aliens Downgrade to 7A

Nappa reacted to me saying I had a problem with that feat... also right after that Feedback was also fighting Malware.

He seemed to be doing a little bit of damage but Malware just immediately regened from it. Feedback did just come back after 5 years and then blew a hole in Malgax's head so he might have been amped + Malgax has a weakness to electricity according to Ben 10 wiki (don't know where it comes from tho and it might be Feedback hurting him in 4th form)

Point taken, well anyways this ain't the Way Big downgrade thread so we'll discuss it there further when I make it. @Anonymous did you watch all the episodes with Diagon and George in them already?

Eatle should be downgraded too. He was one shot by Ascalon Vilgax but some how fought on par with Vilgax powered up by Diagon.

Eatle got oneshot? God damn the scaling is funky in the final episodes of Ultimate Alien, I planned to downgrade people with Ascalon to 7A cause that seems to be the normal output and just give Diagon a weakness to it... but it doesn't seem to be that easy.

First off, at least 7-A comes from Diamondhead's one feat. It focuses on the kinetic energy needed to get launched that distance. However, not only was Diamondhead able to survive the crash but he didn't instantly shatter from a 5-A punch. The calc even has a low 5-B+ high end. Atomix also fights Malgax and again Diamondhead survived the punch.

That same calc also shows Gravattack creating a planetary black hole that's also 5-A. Gravattack is also an at least 7-A character.

Malware survives 5-A destruction and Humungousaur fights Malware twice.

Humungousaur also fights Trombipulor, who later faught Way Big, after growing in size.

Way Big also has class Z lifting and sent a monster to the su. Shooting him down to 7-A makes no sense and there's no reason for it.

Mad Mad Ben World Part 2 Ben 23 as Frankenstrike was able to slightly harm Mad Way Big. Frankenstrike is another at least 7-A character.

All of the ultimate aliens survive attacks from a pissed off Way Big and recover with barely any injuries.

I'm probably missing some other stuff, which I'll get to later, but the point is the 7-A feat literally comes from a 5-A punch and there are other feats to support it. Anyway I'm gonna go to bed, I'll look more into this tomorrow.

@Zamasu

Feel free to write up suggestions for how we should handle this.

Well upgrading everyone to 5A is also an option but then the Highbreed wouldn't need ships to destroy planets.

I think that making everybody 5-A would likely result in worse scaling than what we have currently.

Not everybody, only the characters that are "at least 7-A likely higher".

It seems way too drastic to me.

Don't worry Ant I'm watching the episode with Malware now (Way Big's last tier 5 feat) and judging if it's legit or not. But if it is I think it could be dismissed as an outlier since like 5 of Ben's aliens fought Malware in his third form, fourth form or as Malgax.

How about the at least 7-A characters be tier 5 and the 7-C to 7-B characters be tier 6 that you were talking about.

Nah, everyone scales to each other as seen in the episode Malgax Attacks, besides it would have to be based on Diamondhead's low-5B+ high-end, here is the downgrade thread.

I don't think that most of the other aliens are intended to have nearly as much raw power as Way Big. We would also need considerable knowledgeable staff input before such drastic changes.

Sure Ant but you'd actually be surprised to the amount of evidence that points to him not being that much stronger, even in a movie taking place in the OS-era there is an armor that looks like a Galvanic Mechamorph that can put up a fight with both Four Arms and (evil) Way Big, at least based on Liger686's feat directory wiki.

That is probably due to typical western superhero comicbook scaling, of everybody being roughly equalised, rather than even the weaker aliens being able to easily blow up planets. My apologies, but I am not going to accept and clear any of these changes withoyt input from trustworthy longtime members, preferably staff.

Power-scaling Rules for Marvel and DC Comics

Oh but I'm downgrading Way Big to 7A cause he has no tier 5 feats left anyways so the notion of Way Big can blow up planets is wrong, unless we consider Diamondhead's durabilty feat but I personally am not pushing for that.

I'll probably contact some staff tomorrow if they didn't show up by then.

Okay.

Preferably some knowledgeable staff members who participated in previous Ben 10 threads.

All right, but I meant mostly that I wasn't pushing for tier 5 regular aliens which seemed to be Ant's biggest concern.

@Kukui

I would appreciate some help here.

We do have the alternate timeline (Cosmic Destruction) Evil Way Big destroying a planet.

Said game was written by one of the show writers Charlotte Fullerton.

On another note, Malware's third form has grown significantly in size and abilities since his first fight with Feedback. I'm pretty sure Feedback and Humungusaur are very different heights.

After destroying Galvan B and his fight with Humungusaur, he start absorbing more technology and grows as tall as Way Big.
