Ulquiorra should be just 7-B

Ulquiorra in his first release form should just be 7-B instead of "at least 7-C, 7-B with cero oscuras"

cero oscuras isnt ulquiorra borrowing power from another source, cero oscuras is ulquiorras own power, so why is he only 7-B with it? for example, saiyan saga vegeta isnt "at least Low 5-B, 5-B with galick gun". that would make no sense. so i propose that ulquiorra should be just 7-B in his first release form.

I have brought this up numerous times in the past and it was agreed. Regardless, I think he and other Resurreccion Espada (Numbered 7 and up) will be put at 7-B or even 7-A anyway thanks to a feat of Hitsugaya's which ended up at that level.

Since Bleach is undergoing a massive revision right now and 7-B to 7-A Ulquiorra in Resurreccion is already a thing, I'm just going to go ahead and close this.
