Barney's Cool let's make a profile I thought of some stuff mostly resistances like poison and fire he's sucked up alcohol vapor, he's tanked a lot with not much of him noticing pain he's good with a gun great with vehicles like helicopters and the plow king he's also fought with characters like homer, moe, and a baseball player that was a guest on the show I believe he's in the gifted range he ran multiple successful businesses aced his nasa training and knows how to make a touching film so at the very least above average. He's portrayed as one of the stronger characters being able to oneshot characters like moe and homer and takes hits from homer and constantly gets thrown out by moe. Oh yeah also he's teleported from place to place that one time
