I was wanting to make profiles for Service Wars but I realized the scaling would need UES to function
Do I make a CRT prior to the profiles to prove UES?
Or do I make a CRT for UES alongside the proposed profiles?

I mean I think this kind of depends on you, but personally if the proposed profiles have a large amount of P&A's, contentious tier or something along those lines I'd recommend separating them. However, if not then it'd be more efficient to put it all under 1 CRT as new verse's on this wiki get little to no attention at all. Unless of course, you know some staff personally or something.

It's a short obscure series that's pretty reliant of P&As. Most fights are unconventional and won via incap by hax with the exception of QQ who uses the energy system for straight up violence

Well in that case my advice is to make it 1 CRT, since if it is actually a short obscure series well, it probably doesn't warrant a high quantity of CRT's to begin with.
