I'm Going for Zombina , She can take a couple hits from Daryl's rifle and Rocket Launcher ,and since she is a "Trained Member" of the Security Squad, she should be skilled with her weapons.

Zombina FRA.
Plus, ontop of that, her zombie nature means she doesn't feel pain and can keep going with bodily damage. She has a dura edge on Daryl, and any damage that he manages to inflict still won't slow her down until she's fully incapped or dead.
Meanwhile, place a few good shots on Daryl and she'll have him bleeding and possibly unable to aim or fight as well. Zombina's damage sponge nature and extra dura over Daryl means he's got to unload a lot more shots than she does to end this.
