Existing in 2 timelines at once is just, well idk, having 2 bodies at different places.

acausality type 3 is more like acausality-based immortality/duplication, idk if that counts, depends on the context.
I'm pretty sure existing in 2 places at once has a power for that, exiting in ALL timelines is nigh-omnipresence for example, so this would be a lesser version.

It sounds more like dimensional travel and/or Temporal presence; nothing to do with speed.
