There were a lot of chances where the failsafe didn't activated
 
I'm going to vote for Anti-Pops. Not only does he have superior abilities like Transmutation and EE, he uses these moves more than Alien X uses the abilities he can win with.
 
Alien X wins since anti pops plot manipulation will not work cause alien x vs anti pops will not takeplace in both of the shows regular show or ben 10 so it comes down to their reality warping aniti pops will put up a fight against alien x but he can not defeat his infinite duplicates

if anti pops travels to another demensions those duplicates will chase him and keep on reverting him back to reality eventually killing him. Alien X wins

I Don't understand how the **** can billcipher defeat alien x when he can not enter his mind ??? only being that can travel in entire Omniverse of ben 10 was paradox and he had a treaty with celestialspaiens too !!!

well it was a DAMM COURT BATTLE not a death battle !! a hand to hand combat,they both were not suppose to shake the universe in their fight ! WTF lol i'm quitting the site...
 
The votes for Anti-Pops weren't based off of Plot Manipulation at all. It comes from Transmutation and EE, which Anti-Pops uses quite frequently.

Bill Cipher beat Alien X because Bill starts out by using Transmutation, which is activated by snapping.

Overall, you're either trolls or Ben 10 fanboys who need to learn how to use proper grammar.

Lmfao how that is suppose to be true or bill has never taken a universe buster attack.This is dissappointing to majority of fanbase
 
Bill can survive the destruction of the universe, which is represented as an explosion. Plus, Alien X can't punch Bill to death because of Low-Godly Regenerationn. Bill starts fights by snapping, which can cause Transmutation,Sleep Inducement, and others.

And Anti-Poos has survived universe busting attacks. When Pops and Anti-Pops clash, they destroy the entire universe. Anti-Pops has survived the destruction of the universe every time.
 
1. Speed is equalized here

2. Anti Pops doesn't need to hit Alien X to kill him as well. All he litteraly has to do is use haxs
