1) What happen if someone destroy an universe within the dark tower? What tier will be?
2) Is this an outlier? Two powerful High 6-B characters fight and release a powerful energy that causes reality itself to break, causing the destruction of the universe, erasing every concept of reality, but this explosion does not affect them
