What happen if someone destroy a universe in the Dark Tower?

¨The multiverse which makes up the Dark Tower is comprised of infinite layers or "steps", each of which contains an infinite number of universes which are themselves infinitely larger than those found on the step below. Then, what happen if someone destroy one of this ¨steps¨ or a universe of this infinite layers? What tier would be?

I think it depends on the context but if you just said the universe was destroyed I would say L2C but if you destroyed let's say the 7th universe of the Dark Tower I would say 1C because of the mentioned features
