Kaneki is a extended melle range fighter with somewhat long range options available so he won't let the distance between them become too much. That range spam will be not be a problem

Ghoul rpl and regen means he will continue to grow stronger

How is she dealing with kaneki's regen anyway? Sure it can run out if kaneki is out of rc cells but that will take a really long time and even if that somehow happened aka the fight went on for hours with kaneki continuously getting his body tore apart again and again kaneki can always just cannibalize on himself to increase his rc cell counts and he can fight just fine without his limbs or with a lot of brain damage

The AP gap are like 1.2x times so not much can affect the outcome. How fast can he regen or RPL grow?

Roon has access to HE (high-explosive) shell and AP (armor-piercing) shell, both which can heavily damage warships and alike. It is common for ships like her to fire a barrage of shells right off the bat and she also have shields as well.

How fast can his RPL grow or regen?

The rpl is pretty decent it has allowed him to rapidly grow stronger and beat enemies he wasn't able to before such as eto or yamori
With the pre dragon regen he was able to grow limbs instantly (if he wasn't much tired) and post dragon should be somewhat comparable or superior to Eto who has regrown her head multiple times
Kaneki can also jumpstart his regen back again by cannibalizing on his own kagune
Unless the shields are omnidirectional kaneki can simply change the trajectory of his Kagune and he can also use his Kagune as shield

HE shell can did this kind of damage and AP shell can bypass durability to an extend. Expert Loader allow her to change between both types every 2 rounds, and it also give reload bonus stacks capping at twelve times to a 42% increase. To put it simply, she is basically a machine gun at this point.

Her shields rotate around her for 15s enough time to shoots a barrage at his face.

Kaneki can use his Kagune to protect from most of these and a few broken limbs aren't gonna be any issue for him (has fought without limbs and with serious brain damage) and if that shield is not something smurfy kaneki should be able to break through with higher ap

It won't be a few broken limbs or brain damage, his body will be blow to smithereens if got hits. Roon can literally fired them in machine gun-style and the distance is 100m so Kaneki would need to reach out for her first.

Kaneki are only 1.2x times stronger so not really much as AP advantage, her shield can take more than enough for her to fires Kaneki.

Again his Kagune can protect from majority of those hits and those that do get through he will just regen and that will activate his rpl and 100m means kaneki can also attack from range using bikaku Kagune

HE shell can detonate on impact and AP shell can penetrate armored warship via piercing damage. It wouldn't be safe to block a barrage of them with his Kagune alone, otherwise his body will be blown to pieces. Kaneki range are dozen of meters so he need to be closer to use bikaku Kagune, even if so Roon have her shield.

Kaneki can still aim dodge and close the distance via better mobility. By default the battle is happening at central park he can use the trees their to maneuver through. He also has intelligence advantage and unless the damage kills him it will just make him stronger

Hmm, i don't know how good Kaneki at dodging but Roon can fire at machine gun rate and her shells are very destructive which make it harder to dodge.

She fight without actual strategy, while she have skill, that skill is as basic as every shipgirls, and she don't have actual experience either. And the fight is on land, her toperdoes is moot. Kaneki actually have better skill and experience and more versatile on land

That is outright wrong. She maybe a psychopath but she isn't an idiot by any means, in fact every shipgirls required knowledge on tactical combat and warfare given that they are literally on WW2. In a war, any mistake could lead to death and everyone known it.

Torpedoes doesn't work but she got guns and she fired em at machine-gun rate with destructive power.

No, received knowledge doesn't mean anything if you don't have feat to prove you actually perform those knowledge, her experience is zero, and if we goes futher, she have zero feat cuz she not even actually appear in canon storyline for us to judge her abilities, we don't even actually know how she will act in battle aside from her interaction line indicated she is a violent shipgirl.

Her powerful gun require reload, it is indicated many time in the series that they can just magically release shell at every second, every shipgirl still need releading and preparing their ammo

Yes, because in a war having knowledge will let survived for so long. Why do you think she have winning/lossing lines for, of course that we never seen her in storyline doesn't mean she's lacking of combat experience. Hell, pretty much 80% of shipgirls doesn't appeared in storyline. Assuming they lack of experience mean that every faction are doomed because most of them doesn't known how to fight.

Correct but Roon have Expert Loader which allow her to reload ammos and changing types simultaneously. Each shell are destructive individually because the area of effect are large so Kaneki can't dodge all of them without getting burned the slightest.
