Shadow-of-Sundered-Star, more commonly known as "The Didact" or his Promethean name the Ur-Didact, was a Forerunner Promethean who held an extremely high status in the Forerunner society as supreme commander of the entire Forerunner military. He wholeheartedly believed in the Mantle of Responsibility the Forerunners held to protect life, and initially opposed the Halo Array as a sin beyond measure. He was also the lover and husband of the Librarian. He serves as the primary antagonist in Halo 4 and the Halo Escalatio comic series. Powers and Stats Tier: At least Low 7-B, possibly 7-B Name: Shadow-of-Sundered-Star, Most known as "The Didact", Ur-Didact. Broke the Hardlight shackles used by Cortana to restrain him, said shackles were connected the the Mantle's Approach's power grid that later generated a bubble around Master Chief that withstood the HAVOK nuke, Master Chief implied he could've destroyed the UNSC Infinity, but by what means is unknown, the Composer can also Ignore conventional durability) Speed: At least SuperHuman movement speed with at least Supersonic combat speed and Reactions, likely higher (His suit is far more sophisticated and powerful than Master Chief's, the Chief's suit by Forerunner Standards is considered a class 2 Combat Skin, whereas the Didact's is a class 18+. Completely unaffected by Promethean weapons), possibly City level (Vastly more powerful than the Warden Eternal, effortlessly tanked a burst from two Composers, and was confident he could survive five Composers at once, while six managed to disintegrate him) Stamina: Nearly limitless (With their suits, Forerunners require no sleep and can fight on for days. Unaffected by having a knife driven several inches into his eye socket.) Range: Tens of metres with constraint fields, Low Multiversal with Scanners (The Didact was able to conduct studies on a planetary system's traces of the photonic realm, the Glow), thousands of kilometres with his ship's weapons and the Composer, Galactic with Slipspace travel. Each Promethean is also able to control million strong phalanxes of fighters such as Phaetons. Was still able to function even after been driven insane by The Gravemind, and locked inside a Cryptum for a hundred thousand years to dwell in his own madness. Weaknesses: Is egotistical and will sometimes hold back against "Inferior lifeforms"; Anti-hacking system has limits and has been defeated by the likes of Cortana. The Composer is useless against machines, and beings similar to The Flood. His summoned Prometheans are far below his physical tier. |

 Summary Great General Budo (ÒâûÒâëÒâ╝ÕñºÕ░åÞ╗ì, Budō Daishogu) was one of The Empire's most feared and well-respected generals, as well as leading the Imperial Guard, the force in charge of protecting the palace. Noted for his immense strength and all-round battle prowess, he commanded a great deal of respect from his subordinates and other factions alike. Budo was a tall muscular man with spiky blond hair and blue eyes. He wore a dark gray suit of armor with his Teigu Adramelech, white pants and a red cloak. His shoulder guards were notably large and have yellow tomoe markings on them. Described as a man who rarely leaves the imperial training grounds, General Budo was a hardened man, with years of training and military hardship shaping him to his current state. As a general born from a celebrated lineage, Budo took great pride in his honor, and that of the empire. Unlike most generals, he didn't affiliate himself with the Prime Minister, instead downright detesting him. He even went on to state that once the rebels would be crushed, those who caused chaos in the country would incur his "wrath". Casually created a storm during his battle with Night Raid), higher with Solid Shooter (Stronger than any previous attack, created a discharge of energy so powerfull, it forced Mine's Teigu to overload and be destroyed) Speed: At least Hypersonic+ with Massively Hypersonic reactions/combat speed (Scaling from Tatsumi who dodged his lightning) Lifting Strength: SuperHuman Striking Strength: City Class (Can contend with Evolved Tatsumi) Durability: City level (Took multiple blows from Evolved Incursio Tatsumi, able to use his Teigu without any damage or backlash to himself) Stamina: Extremely high; can fight with deadly wounds Range: Standard melee range. A few kilometers with lightning bolts. Standard Equipment: Budo possessed the Teigu Thunder God's Rage: Adramelech, which allowed him to use electric attacks. Attacks seem to get more potent as he gets angrier. Intelligence: Average but should be equal to Esdeath (as both are generals, and he is her superior so he should be at least as smart as her) Weaknesses: His Teigu has a limited amount of power.
