Both are 9-A, both are fire dragons, let them duke it out.

Uroktor EX is used (5th key), Speed is equalised, both start 10 meters away, Uroktor is bloodlusted, no prep, battle takes place in a big field, victory by death of the other.

Before anyone asks, Ferno scales to 36,740,366.041176 Joules (36.74 Megajoules) and Uroktor EX scales to 21,688,065 Joules (21.69 Megajoules).

I think Ferno would take this.

He has higher AP and LS, is larger and can use claws and fangs. Agnaktor's underground mobility (called Earth Manip on the profile, probably outdated) is countered by Flight and I don't think it's that much of an advantage.
Both resist each other's fire, so it wouldn't be a major factor.
