I do agree with this statement.
But i not sure If Garfiel gonna be able to cut things like Reid.

I think this is super close but I think the notable ap difference + shadow clones will lead to a drawn out match where eventually Garf will take a blow to his head and be killed.
So I vote Naruto currently.
Garfiel is apparantly getting Analytical precog soon so that might tip the scales, but we'll see.

Considering he is explicitly stated to eventually be stronger than Reinhard and already jumped to nearly Cecilus' level in less than an hour I completely disagree.

Maybe I have no sense of power progression but Arc 8 Garf does not feel like he could match Cecilus.
