yeah that would be intersting. and I regret not thinking of that. however thats not what this thread is about.
 
In theory, Gilly should be resistent to mind attack, as he do not suffer from the Immortal Enemy's passive fear manipulation.

Anyway, do not seems that neither of the characters can kill each other.
 
Inconclusive, although if Gilly is not in a hurry then it could take a good time to revive, in whose case Alucard would most likely win (in case it can regen instantly).
