I honestly don't see Goku having much trouble winning this, he has a pretty big stat advantage in all areas and really the only thing Muu has that would do anything to Goku is Dust release, which I'm sure Goku would be able to dodge pretty easily. Meanwhile Goku doesn't even have to use his strongest attacks seeing as Muu only has City Level durability.
Well that's just my opinon anyway, so my vote goes to Goku.
