If the regen has a energy base than yeah it gets negated and stopped permanetly without senjutsu i believe

TSB has been shown to disolve Physical Matter on Impact... only exception ever were the User themselves and Senjutsu... why is this repeated over and over again?

Ever since Naruto got six paths power he could contact with TSBs etc.Toneri tanked 100%Kurama Sage Mode Rasengan barrage without TSB being scratched.I support TFOs opinion.Also the thing that i posted here about Onoki,If we accept that Onoki can affect energy based attacks with jinton we can scale TSB to them.

the tso couldnt negate the power of Naruto SOSP since he has senjutsu but it could withstand its force thats something to take note of.

TSB cannot work in verse battles against none same franchise characters. Chakra (is unintentionally characterised by kishimoto as cancer/ beneficial pathogen) has infected the entire planet and its inhabitants, but if the fight takes place in the naruto earth, then the opponent will be exposed to chakra and thus vulnerable to TSB like background radiation.
