One who wishes to rule over time vs one who wishes to destroy time. My second attempt at Dark Cloud vs Earthbound and I hope it's not a mismatch this time.

I think this is a stomp match in favor of Giygas mainly because Giygas Mind Hax feeds on evil and hatred and that's passive (Giygas mere presence caused global chaos and made people attack Ness, including his best friend Pokey Minch. (Heck, His Mind Hax was greater than Ness, and even shown to effect him in beginning of game, which in Magicant he later takes on his own evil/violent side to become one with everything in space & Time.) and that he has that infamous Passive Void manip (When released out of the Devils machine, Giygas "creates" a "dimension of darkness" which is actually a void, the reason that's passive is because it instantly happened, as in existing. The Void absorbed Paula's prayer, one reaching out to the player, which is in a different universe. I don't really see True Dark Genie getting out of this one. He also probably takes AP (probably, they are both a bit similar in a way.) since he's capable of already twisting Space and time easily and changing/attacking in different time periods.
