Troll Queen vs Ougi Oshino

Linking profiles for convenience: Troll Quee, Ougi Oshino.

I'm not sure, apparently troll queen's mind manip and energy projection aren't really useful or applicable in battle, and Ougi's matter manip can't hax opponents out, so it's down to Transmutation vs Creation/Forcefields/Healings/Range.

I think Ougi would have an advantage here, assuming Troll Queen's transmutation needs her to be close, but I'm not sure how it'll play out. No vote for now.
 
energy projection is actually where her AP comes from and is completely combat applicable. We never actually see her transmutate someone, but it happened almost instantly and given that her AP is magic from her staff, it could be assumed her transmuattion is too. Her Transmutation is potent enough to near instantly turn a man into a polar bear.
 
Why is Troll Queen's durability High 8-C then?
 
As she has used the beams close ranged where presuambly the AoE blasts would hit her too. It mightt not be full power tho. I actually mighr make that a "likely High 8-C"
 
I've heard that Ougi's matter manip isn't really offensive.
 
so healing doesn't really effect this, cuz if TQ gets a hit in on her rather than her forcefields its a OHKO. So it comes down to range and shields/transmutation and energy projection. to clraify TQs range, she used a blast from across a large banquet hall. No dimensions are given, but it could be assumed to be between 50-100 Meters
 
@Wokistan It isn't, it's just used for creation and modifying the shape of buildings.

@Chartate Ougi created a selective barrier around the entire town.
 
I thought so. It'll be hard for TQ to get a direct hit on her, but if she does and she doesn't have a shield its an OHKO, right? Also, how long does it take to make the barriers?
 
It would be an OHKO, yes.

Most of the time the barriers are created off-screen, but she was able to use barriers to seal off a room right after she entered it, and she was able to dispel that barrier simply by touching it, so it appears to be pretty quick.
 
Similar to Spooky and The Narrator (The Stanley Parable), her AP comes from being able to create stuff. She can create a four story cram school out of nothing. I'm not sure exactly how this is considered to be able to be used for battle, but fights with spooky/narrator have taken that creation AP as combat applicable.

I'll make a thread about this topic to try to figure out whether it's applicable.
