The dimension of the Archives/the Heaven: 1-A: It's the higher dimension that's incomprehensible and inaccessible to lower dimensional beings. The citizens of this dimension are completely transcendent to the lower dimension, to the point that Mitsui, who is a higher-dimensional being that resides in the Archive of Invidia, perceives the main timeline from the spin-off “Trinity Seven: Revision” as a literal story in his book, written by him (statement aside, there’s an extra visual depiction about that too). So it's 1-A due to R-F.
The dimension of the Clouds: 1-A: Basically if the Mages in the baseline worlds need to connect to the Archives of the Heaven to unleash the power affecting those in the dimension they live (that is to attack the people in the same baseline world), then the Arbitrators in the Heaven will connect to the Clouds of even higher and more archetypal dimension to unleash the power affecting those in the dimension they live as well (that is to attack the people in the Heaven), from this, it can be inferred that there is a higher 1-A structure that's qualitatively superior to baseline 1-A realm in the similar way that the baseline 1-A realm being superior to lower world.
The Akashic Record: High 1-A: This is the realm where the true forms of all gods exist, being further than even the Clouds, and gods are abstract concepts by nature. It's the chaos that can't be calculated even by Liese even though she has reached the Cloud, as well as being unreachable by lower beings. Also, gods are also called the idea frames, which are the primordial concepts being defined as "the prototype of all that exists" as well as "the root of every world and every dimension", and with the Akashic Record functioning as the primal chaos where everything has originated, and will eventually return to, it means that this world of concepts literally predated and existed without relying on any reality, thus this so-called "the origin of all things" fully transcends time and space. On the contrary, these concepts getting destroyed would lead to the end of all realities. To function in the lower dimensions, gods by nature cast their lesser avatars that are nothing but their mere shadows into such places, so in order to completely kill gods, an attack that transcends dimension is required. These scans further show that gods totally transcend time and dimensions, and the "truth of all truths" that resides in the Akashic Record is stated to surpass both space and time as well.
Another piece of evidence for the qualitative superiority of the Akashic Record is that we have seen how Yui's state as a god perceiving all things in existence as her dream while residing at the center of the Chaos (which refers to the Akashic Record itself), and this principle is completely beyond stuff like space, time and dimensions. We know that this is not some sort of subjective reality in the sense that both the dream and her true self exist in the same plane of existence, as her dream influences everything but gods, meaning that it only encompasses whatever below the Akashic Record that she resides in. Plus she can be forced to wake up elsewhere outside of the dream she exists within, with the latter chapter outright confirming that the Yui that's not within the Akashic Record is just an illusion in the dream of the real Yui, who is a god/a concept, clearly shows that the one inside the dream is just the avatar of the true form that exists outside this plane of existence.
Overall it's High 1-A due to being an aspatial and atemporal realm that lacks physicality (since it contains nothing but the archetypal concepts of everything in the lower reality, and which also is independent of that reality and gave birth to it in the first place), while other higher dimensions are still subject to physical, spatial and temporal aspects, and returning to this formless chaos causes them all to cease to exist indicates that the Akashic Records are superior to spacetime and physicality wholesale, including in their substance. Finally, to show that the Akashic Records is totally free from the quality that defines the higher dimensions rather than merely operating with a different type of quality, the novel outright says that the shadow in the lower dimension is just an aspect of the real god from the Akashic Record, since its true form lies beyond and surpasses higher dimensions, and gods are also called as super-higher dimensional beings as opposed to being merely higher-dimensional, so such kind of definition can't apply to them. Also, it's stated that gods operate on a completely different dimensional hierarchy from the hierarchy of 1-A higher dimensions with R-F.

How can lower beings interact with higher beings?
Given what Ultima has said about the case in which "lower reality being created by higher reality" that if it's a "Such interaction is normally completely impossible, but every being in the lower world has the hidden metaphysical potential to raise higher," then he would have no issue with it, which is straight up the case here given the verse setting, it should be clear that the verse should have a valid 1-A tier and High 1-A tier. The actual potential of magic can affect even the Akashic Record itself, but to do so one needs to achieve, realize, and understand the "truth" of their magic (which basically is the truth of all things), by gaining knowledge and wisdom, thus opening a path for mental and spiritual enlightenment. For example, Master Liber can influence the idea frame due to having a glimpse at a fragment of the "truth" after traveling countless dimensions for an uncountable amount of time researching. This is consistent as mythical-class mages are able to affect the true forms of gods as well, due to attaining the "truth" of their own magic by studying hard enough about it. There's also the god of shadow called Skade, who has obtained the primordial concept (which refers to the idea frame) by going through the enlightment. Then we have Arles and Lilith, who gain access to layers alchemy with the capability to pierce through higher dimensions, this is because they have grasped the "truth" of their magic, the path that surpasses both space and time, and the process to understand more and more about the "truth" is through training in sleep. And obviously, the path of raising the level of awareness, pursuing the wisdom and knowledge here is not something in a sense that a normal person could normally do at all. Plus intellect and wisdom in the verse all exist in the form of informational energy that directly stems from the Akashic Record, so gaining more knowledge in a way is just absorbing the energy from the higher source itself. It's note worthing that in case the lower characters haven't accessed to the "truth" yet, a being from the higher reality is needed to help them reach the higher reality, this is shown when an arbitrator like Master Biblia assisted three arbitrators candidates from the baseline world ascending to the Heaven.
This scan says that gods still exist in the dream, they just don't disappear when Yui wakes up.
As I have proved in the blog, god in the series has a true form and an avatar and the god that her dream contains is just an avatar and not the true form. The girl with curled hair, who is the god that exists in the dream in this context (alongside Yui's avatar), that they fought against is an Arbitrator, and the god in the series usually possesses the physical body of an Arbitrator in order to function in the lower reality. Hence she said that she is just an incarnation of the night as opposed to the concept of the night that the current Yui is currently not talking to, since in front of her is just an avatar. Hence her dreams can't destroy the gods although they exist in her dream, because at the same time they exist outside too, which in turn results in no contradiction because the one that's inside the dream is just an avatar of the lower dimension. Combined with the previous statement regarding how the avatar of god always belongs to a lower dimension than the true form, the fact that Yui's true form doesn't exist within the dream like the avatar blatantly makes it a R-F statement.
