Gray the Ninelives smashes through stone ground and breaks the floor apart. Note that Wolfwood, someone Vash is at least comparable to took a punch from this guy. For the size difference between his hand and a human like Wolfwood just look at the first scan. This should at leas be Wall level.

either way you'd have to go through the spacing of each individual person and the total distance moved in .2 seconds to properly get a number on that

it's definitely fast, probably in the hypersonic range, though

Right now I'm just going to put Vash the Stampede and Knives Millions's Base at Unknow. As well as Nicholas D Wolfwood and Livio the Double Fang at Unknow. There is no point in keeping them at Town and City Level without a calc. So until a solid feat is found, their rating should be changed.

If nothing else, you could scale them to the guns they use and how much destruction they cause, but...

Yeah, Unknow is fine for now until we can figure it out.

One of the lesser villains named Gauntlet can easily smash through walls. Wolfwood survives getting hit by the falling debris and Vash later takes a direct from Gauntlet and survives.
