Everything else is pretty much useless against Trevor.
Except for Stealth. In which CJ is best in the series at. And you didn't specify the location so that means they're in central park, and that's more than enough space to sneak around. dude snuck through Area 69 by himself. That should buy him enough time to Ambush Trevor with Satchel Charges, Grenades, Molotovs, a Flamethrower, Which Trevor doesn't resist, and Tear gas. Trevor's Special ability lasts 30 seconds. Carl can Buy that Time.

Also he got a heat seeking launcher. He could spam rockets which could keep knocking Trevor Down

CJ literally has no knowledge on Trevor's special ability. He doesn't know what it does, how long it lasts, or hell, even if he has one. I don't know why he'd go into stealth with one guy who looks like a normal dude, for all intents and purposes. Trevor looks like every mook you'd mow down in a normal GTA game, the only difference is his skill and that he can literally turn invincible.

He'll be more than aware of it when the fight starts and his bullets stop working, of course.
And Trevor doesn't seem to start with Red mist.
But CJ has a Jetpack so he can keep distance.
Trevor is invincible, but can still be knocked down with Rockets. Carl can rapidly fire his Heat seeking launcher at Trevor.
CJ Has a Flamethrower Which Trevor doesn't just Run Through. And Then he keep spamming Molotovs.
