An official Hasbro Transformers binder was leaked on TFW2005 and which is essentially what Hasbro gives to directors and such. Sparks are metaphysical concepts, TLK is not canon, Sam Witwicky is still alive and certain Bayverse comics are listed as canon. What are you going to do with this?

This was the 2015 version of the binder, before TLK was even released, and even then, AOE itself outright contradicts a lot of the big events in the tie in comics. Furthermore, this isn't even canon to anything really. It's simply a production bible for a supposed shared "Aligned" universe that no one followed and pretty much discarded.

Will pieces of this be used (Not including the story-line)? Like Sparks being metaphysical concepts? Or is that already known, or if not known is this binder not able to be used at all? (And it should be noted that only particular prequel comics are considered, like the ROTF Prequel comic and I believe the 2007 Prequel comic, nothing else. So it mayn't be impossible to work for current Bayverse)

They're not being used for anything. The Aligned and Bayverse continuity ended ages ago, and the binder has as much validity as concept art and unused scripts. It's a production bible and nothing more.
