This is my first CRT so if I understood some of these abilities wrong please tell me about it
Ryusei
"Damage Reduction (Can lessen the damage he sufferes from punches by "slipping away" from them)" should be removed. On the Damage Reduction profile, it says it has to be some kind of power that reduces damage. What Ryusei is doing is clearly just moving his face away so that the impact is smaller. It even specifies that he evaded the attack.
Kiichi
"Sense Manipulation (Can permanently deafen a foe with Palms of Hearing Destruction)" Unless I'm mistaken, the Sense Manipulation power is "The ability to control the senses of one's self, or of others". Hitting someone hard enough to deafen them by damaging their eardrums is not controlling their senses, as much as stabbing someone in the heart isn't "Death Manipulation".
"Perception Manipulation (The Tiger's Paw Strike is so fast causes the target to feel as if time has stopped, while in reality they've already been struck by it)" This one might be true with further context (I haven't read up to this chapter) but it really just looks like he hits the target so fast they didn't even realize they were hit, so it makes it feel like time was stopped.
