Toph vs Lucy (Elfen Lied)

This is Long Horned Lucy. (Meaning both are tier 8C)


Fight takes place in the Genosian Arena, and the area is filled with rocks, pillars, weapons, etc.

They start at opposite sides of the arena, or about 250 meters.

These 2 seem pretty evenly matched, but for now I'll go with Lucy, she has slightly lower magnitude, but greater speed and defense, plus both seem like "real humans" and her adult body makes her more durable than a child like Toph.

Then it's not fair. I think this fight is very dependent on battlefield conditions. In a small village or township, or in a modern-day town or city, with tons of vehicles, streetlamps, and objects around her, very little stone, rocks, or dirt, then Lucy holds the greater advantage because she can just grab stuff and throw it, like cars and boats. In an open, rocky terrain, however, very much like the Geonosian arena, Toph holds the greater advantage because there's a lot of earth to bend. We would have to use Melting Lucy at the end of the manga to even things out. Lucy could slice through any boulder Toph threw at her, but if Toph upended the ground under her, Lucy would go flying, so this fight is kinda hard to call. Very situational.

Both have things they use a lot, like rocks or situational weapons. This is a neutral battle zone, so to speak.

Also, using Melting Lucy is a stomp. Melting Lucy solo's the Avatar Verse.

My guess would be Lucy. If there are blasters, she'll pick them up and use them, like she grabbed a gun to shoot Bando, in addition to throwing a small yacht at him.

Well, yeah true lol. I mean things like spears, swords and axes. Geonosians actually haven't used blasters now that I think about it. They used weird sonic-thingies.

Then again, my username doesn't exactly mean I'm unbiased, does it? LOL. Because Lucy is my all-time favorite character, second only to Son Gohan.

Aren't vectors invisible to the human eyes? Especially if said person is already blind? Wouldn't Lucy just give Toph a brain hemorrhage before she can even attack?
