You ever feel like you want to use a character/verse in a fight here, but never found a stratifying opponent?
Well, here we are. yet another tournament
Now, for character stuff- submit whoever you wish, though-
Plot/Fate Manipulation, along with Immortalities/NEP/AE (stuff like that) will be restricted for the sake of the two fighters being able to kill each other
SBA otherwise
(Oh yeah feel free to suggest arena ideas)

Are there any restrictions or suggestions on what type of character should it be or just generally anyone who doesn't really get used in match ups?

To explain, in-universe characters have this thing called a "core element". It's the type 3 concept and type 2 information of a person and a persons soul is a part of this element. Mira has these 2 manipulations specifically because she can absorb souls out of the core element and that's all she can do with it. It's glorified NPI.

Same with law manipulation. In-universe, humanity was imposed with a taboo (a law) that made it physically impossible to harm gods. Miras Greed could absorb this law out of their bodies. So all she could hypothetically do with it is absorb laws someone tries to impose on her, but there is no offensive use for this. Again in a way it's just a glorified NPI.

Well, in this case- it doesnt really matter considering i kinda had to make NPI kinda pointless (to keep it fair for everyone)

He doesn't have Positive/Negative Ki so he can't use their abilities and he can't control Space time manip iirc.

dont see many FMA matchups. Maybe he can hang if he isnt getting speedblitzed and ap stomped. but if you still think he is too weak ill think of someone else.

Actually, ngl, im already seeing a good bit of ranged characters so i wouldnt mind if ya just swapped to Minos regardless-
