Off topic but "Characters from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure" should probably be changed to Jotaro Kujo (Eyes of Heaven), Gyro Zeppeli is the only other really notable 9-B from the series and he really doesn't stack up to Jotaro let alone whats probably the #5 spot.
EDIT: Jotaro's page is also formated wrong, he's still a 9-B smurf with a 8-C stand and 2-A hax in his Over Heaven form

Natsu does have a pretty solid hard counter against Zeref and Sirzechs but that's the extent of it and he qualifies more as a really good anti Hax character then a solidely haxed character
