It's so powerful it's a pseudo-Ultimate Skill, one of the highest class skills in the series.

A majority of other characters have a barrier called Multi-Dimensional Barrier, which uses dimensional gaps to prevent harm. Rimuru has this too, though.

Kharn the betrayer is the most powerful power nullification user in high 5-A/4-B, with Khorne's blessing on high 1-B degree
