I believe so but im not 100% certain.
Hmm, I believe so since im pretty sure it works off Habaki's desire to live and what he sees as Death and im guessing hed see absorption as his death even if its technically not.

Yes, this is why we are in revision.
I see. We will have to look into this more

What about BFR? She could store him away in her breast valley

Great

You can ask Bambu on it.
As fine as I would be with downgrading them, I'm note so sure about that.

I think To Aru's dimensions might fall into the "or otherwise non-insignificant size" category.

Which is why I ain't touching that revision until someone else does.

Bump.

Should the top spot for 11-A be changed from SCP-3143 to "Characters from SCP Foundatio"? It has some other haxxy 11-As now, from Thaddeus Thaum (Plot manip to stop events from happening, EE'd everything else in the narrative, reliant immortality on authors), to Kimba Laslow (Resistance to plot manip, can click her fountain pen to leave the fiction, reliant immortality on authors), to SCP-3450 (Kirby fanfiction, with a bunch of copy abilities, including retroactive death manip via plot).

Can Bill Cipher's 11-A key or Gomez (Fez) beat these characters?

You'd need to invite Celestial Pegasus to argue then

He's the only supporter for that Verse based on the Verse Page

Why is it still just Iihiko for that slot of 5-C? It really should just be Medaka Box characters in general since he is in a rock paper scissors type deal with Medaka and professor Tsurubami.

Because Iihiko is much tougher to deal with than Medaka and Fukurou.

I'd say so. Fukurou and Medaka have a lot of nasty abilities, but not Iihiko-level nasty.

They have a lot of specific ways to deal with people, while Iihiko has a few general ways to deal with everyone.

Iihiko is absolute, but Fukurou has a ton of abilities that are just a pain in the ass to deal with if you don't know what they are going in, and Medaka is mainly limited by her unwillingness to unleash her full arsenal at the first sign of trouble.

That's a good point, but I'd say that most people in that tier don't have a way to deal with Fukurou's absurd (just not as absurd as Iihiko's) defensive hax.

On a side note, I also just realized that Fukurou doesn't actually have a moon level key so that's moot anyway. Zenkichi should honestly have an at least moon level key for him with CC, and I would say Fukurou should have it via scaling as well

Fukurou does have a Low 5-B tier if you want to chuck him in there.

I'm not sure how I wanna go about tiering CC, but I'd welcome a thread about it.

That works, yeah. Let's submit him there

Yeah, it's odd because it seems like statistics amplification, damage reduction, and durability negation all go hand in hand for users of it. If they do get a tier, everything will probably be varies or possibly.

Clef for 1st somewhere in 10-A
From looking at his profile, he mainly deals with reality warpers, but outside of that niche I feel like he ain't all that strong. From what I understand, most decently competent Nasu mages can take him

I'm still putting Caine for somewhere in 10-A, he isn't really haxed at all while 10-A, he just has his Sevenfold curse

I literally had an hour talk on Discord about how much I hate Clef as a character.
This seems extremely irrelevant.

Anyway you could agrue that Clef should resist ALOT more since in SCP basically every hax is treated/regarded as reality warping iirc.

What puts him on par with the others of that tier?

Speaking of which, I'm pretty sure we should change to from just Giorno Giovanna to characters from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, since Valentine stalemates him and is powerful in his own right

Except for things that are explicitly magic based. Reality warpers and magic users are classified and treated totally differently

Well obviously hes extremely smart, he resists alot (I think) and can negate Durability with Telekill but I dont know who else is in the conversation for the 4th and 5th spots.

So hes basically the opposite of the Culexus

Hmm I guess thats fair, we should probably just start with making matches.
