Rules
  • Characters only qualify for a tier if they are physically in that tier themselves. Tiers through amps that increases both Attack Potency and Durability also works, and the same applies to tiers via technology.
  • Prep Time is only allowed if the character gets its tier via that.
  • Speed is equalized by default. Spots via speed unequal are valid, but without defeating someone at speed equal, both characters will share a spot.
  • SBA is assumed
  • Two characters from the same verse can't occupy different placements in the same tier (ex. two SCP characters can't occupy the first and second placements in Tier 1-A, they can only share the same placement in that tier)

Cerberus/Olivia for 5-A slot. Resistance to EE up to conceptual level and mid godly regeneration negation resistance, HDE which allows them to regen + resu, Healing that works on a conceptual level and their True forms existing on a higher plane which is pretty much unreachable and where their powers come from which allows them to manifest themselves. Also mind manip for Olivia just by seeing her blade and passive empathic manip from her blue abyss, BFR to pandemonium + resistance to power null and her own power null

I don't really have any knowledge with the Quiet so i can't comment on that but from what i know Mio doesn't have any Passives.

Though i could be wrong since my knowledge on Date A Live isn't good by any means.

Is there any contentions with the removement of Satou from 6-A given no one that argue's the verse is online anymore and such you can't really argue against the character?

im fine with him being removed and Celestialpegasus did say he shouldn't be there because no one is to defend him and his profile is likely outdated
 
Umineko should just straight up be removed from their spots due to not having 1-A+ hax anymore, at least for 1-B, idk how they match up in the other tiers.

Btw all the spots which have Yakagi Suimei, should just be Characters from Isekai Mahou wa Okureteru!, idk what the other characters are gonna do about 5-D power null.

It definitely beats The Quiet Deviless from what i'm reading and Mio if Speed Unequalized but i don't believe it beats Mio in Speed Equalized given things like Micheal being able to Seal most of Atlas's powers on a Type 2 Conceptual Level or Thought-Based Existence Erasure.

I think the best course of action is to create with Mio and Atlas, speed equalized and if Atlas beats Mio it takes the spot but it doesn't it would share the spot with Mio, Speed Unequalized.
 
Shouldn't Granblue Fantasy Characters like Bahamut beat Nicol Bolas in Speed Equalized for 5th spot at 4-A? Like Bahamut has Type 1 Conceptual Destruction that Nicol can't regenerate from or Semi-Passive Type 3 Madness Manipulation with the sound created from the flutter of his wings?.

He's also a Type 1 Abstract so none of Nicol's attacks or abilities would be able to interact with him. So it seems to be a stomp in Bahamut's favor with Speed Equalized?
 
kinda. I'm not really sure what Nicol Bolas does so I never bothered. Bahamut has passives.
well if he can beat Nicol. FF Bahamut in a sense should too because their match with each other ended with Incon.
 
I think it was something about smurf mind hax, which is why Nicol is there. Besides, he inconned with Dracula once, but Drac still isn’t there for some reason.
 
Warhammer Fantasy Characters for High 6-C, specifically Lords of Change and Be'lakor because of various 5D (eventually might be 1-A) conceptual power nulling and power modification that basically causes any attacks to fail, and NEP2 existence, various strong resistances and Low-Godly Regeneration. So they should easily surpass Neriscyrlas.

Change Archaon's spot in 5-B to Warhammer Fantasy Characters as well.

i think it should be fine.
Bahamut's ragnarok field is a basically a weaker version of his powernull, deconstruction, curse/healing negation.
 
Pelinal should he lower in 4A, from what I heard he doesn't start with madness which would get him ****** by the others who have passives.

10-A too, they should be behind Barker (Who has 1-A plot) and probably even Yogiri (Not 100% sure about all of the 10-As and what they scale to, but I think it's below ID 1-B).
