Also aren't Cream and Charmy both younger than Tails and in Tier 5? They should replace him.

Also I don't know what tier she is but Flurry Heart from MLP is literally an infant. Probably Tier 6 but maybe even higher idk the scaling.

And Bowser Jr. is definitely younger than 10 imo but I guess since he has no confirmed age we can't add him at all.
