4-A Sun Wukong can size shift into Low 1-C possibly 1-C (6D possibly 7D raw AP) he also has 6D, possibly 7D durability normaly.
And such resistances as death and life manip, fate manip, time manip, most mental resistances etc
Not to mention immesurable LS and tier 1-C conceptual manipulation resistance.

Btw, Kusuo Saiki is going to lose his Low 1-C/5-D hax soon.
When it is officially changed, I propose him being lowered on the 5-B list from #4 to #7, since without that Low 1-C stuff it doesn't seem like he could beat Doom, Ace, or Arthas, but he seems like he still beats The Batter's 5-B key with his hax.
