Another work from the author of Self Reference ENGINE, which came out a little later, called Boy's Surface is said to be stronger than SRE (the problem is that BS has no translation into English, so I can't confirm anything). And the new book from Toh Enjoy already has some pretty interesting quotes, on like dreams within dreams.

Stupid question: If there is an infinite hierarchy of layers in the style of the cultivation realm of chinamen. Even 10th layer being Apophitic nature, then if Apophitic becomes the new Tier 0 then a character that scales above the entire hierarchy mentioned above is the Wiki's strongest character (except SRE) ?

It's pretty hard to believe but trust me: Apophitic theology is already an accepted thing for a new tier 2 verse. And its Protagonist is literally 2-A's new Top Dog (non smurf) after Anos leaves. You can read verse's official blog where i pasted a hyperlink in the word "Hierarchy" of the above comment. Scroll down to the end

No I'm saying "what" because I genuinely don't know what you're saying. I read the Cultivation Levels part and there is nothing resembling apophatic theology that I could find, so you're going to have to actually bring up the example you're referring to.

Also, at it's highest level, you can't be beyond apophatic theology.

The blog says it's Apophatic. It has been accepted and is linked to all profiles of verse regardless. You can downgrade if you want although I'm not sure if it's necessary

At this level, if something is called "apophatic" but is transcended by something else, then it was never apophatic to begin with since it can always be defined as inferior to the level beyond it. When it comes to strictly negative theology, you can have layers on top of each other (I believe some sects of Jewish Kabbalah have this) but for "absolute silence" (this is a made-up term), which is when neither positive or negative statements can be applied, you definitionally cannot be beyond it.

From what I've seen all this fodder self reference engine is just deep umbra in wod when it comes to power and deep umbra isn't even the peak

What are you talking about? When did I ever say WoD didn't have apophatic theology? I would be surprised if it did not have it.

BTW transcending maths isn't apophatic itself.

Does the concept require the sword to hit its target to work, and does it have any way to extend its range? If not I am decently sure linely just merks then given the plot armor's effects against others are enacted via plot manip, something linely resists to a 2-B degree.
