Well, this might be an interesting match. Here, we have Tom, who is pitted against a dog. A relatively cowardly dog at that. Really, it's a huge case here. Tom always finds himself threatened by dogs (and therefore would never confront a dog directly), yet any thought of monsters or ghosts being literally anywhere would take Scooby aback (even though a lot of the time, said ghosts and monsters are just people in costume). That aside, here are the terms.
1. Match takes place in a 40s/50s Suburban house and its lawn (the fences represent the edge of the battlefield)
2. Scooby doesn't have any special equipment, but can use his usual one or two Scooby Snacks if necessary.
3. Speed is equalized.
4. This is 9-B Tom vs 9-B Scooby
5. It's important to note that this is an in-character match, which means Tom's issues with dogs exist and Tom's plans have a very high chance of backfiring.
6. Due to Tom's variable lifting strength, assume Tom is strong enough to set up Rube Goldberg traps in this match. Had to point this out because ideally, despite Tom being at his lowest tier, a Tom that's barely able to lift a bowling ball would not work well in a Vs Debate.
