TMNT: Can the Time Scepter destroy an infinite multiverse?

So on the TMNT verse page it says that the Time scepter can destroy an infinite multiverse but I looked through the episodes featuring it and found nothing like that does anyone know or have a link to where this is stated?
 
I would appreciate community input regarding this.
 
You should preferably not bump very often, but we have no set rule for it.
