TMNT 2012 Upgrades

While looking around I noticed the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012) has two upgrade threads that people seemed to agree with but never got finished and thus never got applied. The first was a speed upgrade thread that would put them at Hypersonic and the second thread made would bring their AP and such to 7-A.

Hmm, don't know about the speed one, since in the ap thread it's stated that even an injured Shredder could stomp the turtles.

Although, if they can keep up with him still, It should be alright. Other than that, it's solid enough imo.

I believe that the storm thing was considered an outlier, or just environmental destruction.

Oh, yeah! Shouldn't the CAPE thing affect the feat or..? Hmm, I think it would be best to revisit it, then.

Specially if the above is true.
