I have one question.

If, a character experienced the end of the universe leaving with nothing but void around.

No space, no time.

And yet somehow the character was able to time travel to the past which should be usually impossible as time no longer exist nor does the place as space-time itself has been eradicated (past to future, therefore no past to return to)

What would this be? What ability would this grant the character?

Well, funnily enough, this happened in the world-famous anime-manga franchise "Dragon Ball: Super", and it granted the characters nothing.

Going to a place without space-time you would only be able to gain dimensional travel, an example is Ss traveling from the void world without time and space and restoring all Universes erased in the tournament

Since time travel in DBS is traveling through different timelines than going through linear time itself

Hence why it is more to dimensional travel for them
