Okay, this seemed very off to me.
Every Castlevania character is given immunity to Time Stop, but this justification seemed very much like Game Mechanics, Quote from the Respect Blog.
"Such a powerful ability naturally has to be balanced for Gameplay purposes and it is. It doesn't work on Bosses and there are plenty of enemies with Time Stop Immunity, not being affected at all."
This is merely gameplay mechanics and isn't a justification for an immunity, KH bosses don't have immunity to existence Erasure and Ardyn doesn't suddenly have resistance to BFR because Alterna doesn't work for him.
And for the record, Aeon's time Stop works on every character in Castlevania Judgment.
