While Exiles # 1 was released a few days ago, A new threat who feed on realities has made its appearance: Time Eater and this entity is actually a floating head of Galactus... Should we make a profile for Time Eater? or add a key in the Galactus profile?

Following, I am extremely interested in why Time Eater looks like Galactus' head. My personal theory is that Time Eater is the hunger of Galactus given form, hence why it is only a head and not completely Galactus.
