If I'm not mistaken (might be, don't know much about non-canon Dragon Ball), I think there is a DBH Zen'o... Which is superior to canon Zen'o in every way possible.

you stated zeno's dbh card is "dbh zeno" implying that dbs zeno and dbh zeno are different entities, they aren't. characters can have non canon feats, like goku going ssj4

Yeah, that's why Son Goku (Dragon Ball GT) and Son Goku (Dragon Ball Super) are two separate pages, because they're two different versions of the same character, with different levels of power.
