Bardock for virtue of being 2-B, and following Super lore should be much faster than Zeno so he could one-shot.

The only attack that Zeno has that could work faster than Bardock is his Multiversal erase, but not only it is unknown if it can work on 2-B's, but he could be one-shoted before he charges his Erase.

Zen'o's erasure absolutely works on 2-Bs. The difference between 2-B and 2-C is raw-power only. Absolutely nothing suggests it wouldn't work.

I personally gave up trying to understand how we use hax in threads like this. In some fights the character needs feats of affecting something on that level, or else we assume it doesn't work, in other threads it works regardless.
