Tier of your verses but only at the end

Mention the tier your verses of choice cap at, but the twist is that only "active" characters and the likes can be taken into account as of the end of the series or latest release, meaning that characters that are "currently" dead to the point of insignificance and similar don't count, and neither do characters with resources for higher tiers they no longer have.
For series with non-chronological release order, just focus on the latest known in-universe timeline date for this purpose, even if in some cases it's just the "end of time" or whatever and you're only left with immortal characters.

W.I.T.C.H.: I've yet to read the final part of the comics but I know the Guardians (W.I.T.C.H.) are still active so 2-A.
