Tier Low 1-B removal?

Just merge Low 1-B already. This is getting derailed to Hell and back with so many unnecessary ideas coming in.

I agree that this discussion is being derailed with various likely unwise ideas, and that we should keep it on track with the original suggestion.

Can somebody ask Azathoth and Ryukama to comment here, so we can put an end to this?

I'm okay with it either staying or being merged with 1-B. I am not okay with it being expanded to 12-26D or something similar for the same reason as Saikou.

Basically this, leaning towards the latter.

So far as i can tell, although I am no expert, GHPI should be changed to Likely Higher instead of Likely Far Higher
